That SPB Android theme looks nice. Thinkng to try it.
Using Sense now as I am used to it..
I dont like CHT2.0 as it has too much unessisary stuff loading it down.
I am using an old moded CHT for just the quiklinks & appointments,
I will post as soon as I get home & import the settings into my cab.

I am very near your ram settings as my CHT is only using 3megs of ram.
I am also using the sartmenu replacement app called mmlaucher.
