I found the rom does affect OC limits and Sense slightly.
Of the 21911 Builds, I found only two:
Inferno and Energy both gave me ability to overclock one step higher.
Others I like Mr.X & Vinrom felt stable with sense.
But as another weekend closes, another round of rom upgrades will change things up again for me to flash!
