OK I still dunno why we have the script solutions when i am running fine with the other cab posted below, PLUS
USING THIS FIX FOR ALL/ANY PHONE CALL ISSUES:
HKCU/ControlPanel/Phone/Sleep
Sleep was at 1
set to zero
NO MORE ISSUES... for me and I tested for 2days.

yes on some roms as you near your limit you will actually notice hesitations.
