Speed also feels like it took a hit. I usually like to kick open the keyboard and start typing a contact when i fire off an SMS. Aug 1st seems to have a noticable lag compared to the last version..
I dunno why but I am on the "21911.Sense.2.5.Cookie.Aug.01.7z" and not experiencing any such problems and also the Sense is running better than previous builds, for me.
