I've been using this:
http://www.charltonfamily.net/software/wmstopwatch Not the most beautiful piece of software, but it does just want you want. Simple, free, and counts both up and down. Works great on my 6700 w/WM6. |

Can any of those programs offer reminders at specific timepoint?
For instance, I'm doing a research study, and once I administer a treatment, I need to collect data at a bunch of different timepoints. I'd like to be able to hit "start", and then be reminded at the appropriate times. |

Thanks for the replies, everyone. Those give me some places to start.
SPB Time fails on two counts: it's not free, and it is a fairly complex multi-function bit of software. In fact, while I was testing it during a trial period I couldn't find a usable stopwatch function. |
