Stopwatch or timer app?

I'm looking for a stopwatch or timer app for my Mogul. I've been searching for a while and haven't been able to find anything that meets my criteria. They include:

1) I just want a single-function app. The more other stuff loaded with it, the less I'm interested.

2) Free. I can always use the bezel on my watch, if it comes to that.

3) It would be nice if it can count up (stopwatch) as well as down (timer).

Any candidates?

I've been using this:

Not the most beautiful piece of software, but it does just want you want. Simple, free, and counts both up and down. Works great on my 6700 w/WM6.

Can any of those programs offer reminders at specific timepoint?

For instance, I'm doing a research study, and once I administer a treatment, I need to collect data at a bunch of different timepoints. I'd like to be able to hit "start", and then be reminded at the appropriate times.

Thanks for the replies, everyone. Those give me some places to start.

SPB Time fails on two counts: it's not free, and it is a fairly complex multi-function bit of software. In fact, while I was testing it during a trial period I couldn't find a usable stopwatch function.

No..it's not free...but it's only $14. And check out the screen shots in the link below...there are indeed stopwatch functions...and timer functions.

But it might not be what you're looking for.
