How do I make Background Transparent to Show HDWall?

I am running Mighty's latest ROM. I loaded the HDWall but the black background is showing for the Sense. How do I make the background for sense totally transparent so that I can enjoy the HDWall?

Thanks in advance

Correct, you are not actually making your background transparent, you are just changing the background image to the one you choose. In this case whatever HDwall it is, that you want to be your wallpaper.

I've been just using this for the most part, as of lately!
Apristel BG4ALL - Animated weather home tab - Download
(Background for all tabs. Keeps animations no matter what background you use.)

Re: How do I make Background Transparent to Show HDWall?

to keep this absolutely clear!!
if your running it the way i am:

i flashed with mightyrom and installed hd walls.

to show your HD WALLS wallpaper, goto htc sense, settings tab

click on WALLPAPER, when it asks "DO YOU WANT TO USE DEFAULT WALLPAPER?" click YES, then its siply slide keyboard open and closed and its done!

not sure if this is what you meant but i hope it helps

Re: How do I make Background Transparent to Show HDWall?

Yes, it does crop and stretch for the landscape image. But I don't care too much about that. I did, but got tired of making HDwalls all the time, just to keep the weather animations. I would rather be able to change wallpaper to any of my 20,000 plus images, without making a cab for each one! Although it's nice if you don't change your wallpaper often.

Re: How do I make Background Transparent to Show HDWall?

I may have, don't recall. Seems like a good place to put it up though. Let's see it! Since we're talkin about wallpaper in Landscape and all.

Here's mine in Landscape without HDwall.
Just using the .cab I linked to above.

They look much sharper on the phone!! I need to try a couple other screen capture utilites and see if I can get better results. But, you get the idea. Like I said, I'm hardly using the manila screens in Landscape anyway.

Re: How do I make Background Transparent to Show HDWall?

This is driving me completely insane. I want the HTC Sense/Manila background to be transparent and/or no background. That way the true HDWall background will show. How the F do I do this?

I love HTC but this is ridiculous. Some people may like the "all black" themes that HTC likes but sometimes having color on your ppc is a good thing.

If anyone knows how to get the Touch Pro 2 to show the HDWall please post instructions. I would greatly appreciate it!
