It worked fine for me. Once the initial pages loads, there's a button for "High Speed Download" (only for people with registered rapidshare accounts) and a button for "Slow Download" which is the one you need to press if you don't pay for a rapidshare account.

I got a file not found error. It worked once I changed the ! to a 1 in your link

I haven't contributed much here over the many years I have lurked, but maybe I can help someone else out that is still using the mogul if they are interested.

I still have the following DCD roms, but no clue where/how to host them.

titan 3.2.6 (this has been on my mogul for over two years now)
