+1 for darren. I can already see all the Evo3d owners buying it and feeling like they got the best phone in their hand and couple seconds later start noticing it sucks. LOL just like making a phone call on a Iphone or wait iphone has an app for that its called Find the nearest pay phone app. LOL

Well i say the moto photon and the samsung within and htc evo3d make this evo nolonger top dog. Sprint should have an top dog update for free for users like me who always want to be top dog

I dont think sprint will ever do that. I think sprint loves phone users like you because they make more money off you. They could price it even higher and you would still get since you got to have the " The Top Dog" phone

All phones eventually reach End Of Life Status. The Epic is no exception to the rule; and 15 months for any smartphone (or just about ANY wireless phone for that matter) is probably more than average life these days.

Rooted and running SRF 1.2 w/ Genocide Kernel and EC05 modem, my Epic runs slick and smooth. I won't be considering a different phone until I see another Android smartphone with stronger processor and RAM, slide-out QWERTY, and AMOLED screen.

+1 to prodriver statement. I think sgs3 but with a keyboard is the only phone I would change this phone for.

The motor photon has a quadrant score of 2500 to 2600 when I ran it at the sprint store

Quadrant is not dual core compatible though :/

when was evo a "top dog"? epic runs all over it and ifv some people would learn how to use epic to its potential you would se just how crazy your statement's are.

Well said darren...Sprint is killing a bunch of phones...epic and evo4g included...it happens all the time...I will either get the sgs2 or the nexus prime eventually...both have exceptional stats...
