My only option is online thanks to my employee status and that may not be updated for awhile due to the phone popularity. Hopefully it will be updated for me but honestly I may have to wait till around the 18th to order my phone for my account.

I just ordered mine through 611 Customer Service. I tried online while she was on the phone but the instant $100.00 online credit was not showing. She said they have had problems with it updating. I will probably call back and complain and see if they can give an inconveinence credit at least. I thought she was gonna waive it but she said she couldn't. I'll just have to wait for it like the rest of us. Total out the door is $229.98 with Sat shipping. MIR $100.00 via snail mail brings it to $129.98.

I called 611 and ignored the number prompts...when it asked me to say why I was calling, I said "new phone". I was then given a series of number options that didn't include actually ordering a phone, so I hit 0.

That put me through to a guy who knew exactly what I wanted and took great care of me...he even figured out how to get the upgrade price by using a secondary line on my account that was eligible.

Saturday delivery wasn't available for me, he spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out a way to make it happen, but we figured it must not be available for my address.

The tracking number wasn't immediately available, and they don't automatically email it to you, but he said he would check it in a few hours and text it to me.
