Indeed faster than the previous one, it is a good back up to have for GPS. Thanks again. I am satisfied with Mapquest Navigator 5.0 due to performance and price (50 bucks a year). I have been a long time Telenav user....

google maps looks good,

but i definately prefer ms live thanks to the gas and movies information.

Yean man,there is no hassle at all you can just launch the live search you have installed on your ppc and update right from there.

I wasn't able to get the automatic update to apply. I had to uninstall and then install the cab that I downloaded from the link ... which is why I posted the link - just in case others ran into the same issue.
