Wondering if I am the only person that this did NOT work for. It always worked on my Titan, so not sure what I could be doing wrong.

try entering your numbers in the website link and using the PseudoESN, see if that works

You can view your MEID & pseudo ESN Dec + Hex from your phone by typing ##786# (BECAREFUL NOT TO RESET YOUR PHONE!)

When I do this, it gives me all kinds of errors such as: "Read Item 'ESN(Hex)' failed" and "Read Item 'Mobile Number' failed"... Now that I think about it, I had some issues activating the device as well. Everything is activated now though but what would cause this?

To make sure I'm being clear, when I hit ##786# it throws out an error message for every single field.

Also, I am now noticing that when I go to Start-Settings-System-Device Information the MEID field is completely blank. I am completely baffled now, as I have not even so much as flashed a ROM to the device since activating it, and the MEID showed just last night when I looked there.

flash back to stock rom (if applicable) and return that ASAP !!!

For Sprint Diamonds

Use CDMA Workshop and connect to the phone in diag mode.
Go to the "Security" Tab and hit "Read" SPC.
Select Universal Ram Method and Custom.
Address is: 018E:0190
Hit READ to find your SPC.

For Telus Diamonds I was told GetSPC works if you convert MEID to p-ESN but I haven't tried it myself.
