Boe, if you check out cokeman's unlocker thread (its stickied) a lot of your questions will be answered.

Also, No2, can you tell us whats been changed from version 100 to 104? I'd just like to know why I'm about to reflash my phone lol.

It does that on a stock sprint rom with wm6.0. that's not really a problem from 6.1

This has been working awesome... thanks to No2 for getting this out so quickly. The only thing I did notice is that the Touch keyboard and keypad are missing. I used the RUU from cokeman so I'm not really sure what's going on. My question is does anybody have or know of a .cab installer to put these back on the Vogue?

Works Almost flawlessly, other than the dialpad popping up. Having issues with the damn dialpad popping up, but that's a minor annoyance. Trying to Get Manilla working on it now.

Red49er-

Thanks I read the sticky but probably have gotten lost. I have never created a kitchen or cooked a rom - I usually just download the rom updates and use the readme that walks me through what to do so I'm probably what you would consider less than technical when it comes to PDAphones. Please excuse my newbie questions as I'm sure this is like trying to teach someone to read- very easy for you to do but challenging for a newbie.

1. I ran it the unlocker -not sure if I needed to - was there a way to check if my phone needed unlocking?
2. I don't see where the stock rom is.
3. It asked me about updating my rom but it didn't ask me about what files - so basically I guess I have an unlocked ROM but have no idea how to get the update going - my guess is I need to copy some files somewher but am not sure.

I copied RUU_signed.nbh (1.04 from the FTP site) into the extracted unlocker folder and ran the update - it seems to have installed WM6.1 on my phone but I think I needed another file there as my settings seems to missing many things and I didn't have anything on my today screen.

I'm sure my questions sound pretty ignorant and they probably are but I don't know the answers and I did skim through the sticky.

Would it be possible for someone in the know to lay 6.1 over a stock ROM so we aren't starting with such a clean slate? I guess I'd like for the phone to look like it does when fresh out of the box but with 6.1 on it. Is that doable at this point or something that has to wait awhile?

I have exactly what you are looking for. I'm uploading to megaupload now. I will post a link to it here when it is done.
note-- You will still need to use the registry tweak mentioned on page 2 to fix th dialpad popping up issue.

I believe there is a registry tweak on page 2 that will fix th issue with th dialpad popping up.

Also, what is this manilla you are talking about? I'm intreagued...

EDIT:: Is manilla a gps app? If it is then you are going to have a really hard time getting it to work because the touch does not have gps just yet. You should already know that though.

Manilla is tflo v2. The cab thats currently out is for vga devices and needs hardware acceleration, so its pretty far from being even bearable right now.
