.php isn't an audio file, that's a web programming language. You're right-clicking the file and choosing save as, right? I checked out the site. You can't do that. Clicking those links opens up a page (which is the .php file) that then has the player embedded in it. Those ringers, contrary to the name of the site, have to be purchased to be used.

use audiocity software and make your own ringtone. It's free. Place the ringtone in the windows/rings folders...

Why not use mp3trimmer that actually comes with the phone, it takes just a few seconds to create a ringtone from music of your sd card.
