.php isn't an audio file, that's a web programming language. You're right-clicking the file and choosing save as, right? I checked out the site. You can't do that. Clicking those links opens up a page (which is the .php file) that then has the player embedded in it. Those ringers, contrary to the name of the site, have to be purchased to be used.
