Android or iPhone?

Android will dominate Soon enough, there's actually an article about how the masses think that by end of next year or somthing Android will dominate the mobile market. I for one agree

yes i do believe android will gain on the iphone but overtake i do not believe it will not for another year or so.. apple will prolly come out with another revision next year that will prolly wow people back into another contract or to spend that cash again..

if verizon pushes the pre early next year.. and it comes to att.. i do think palm will finally gain some much needed market share.

there are way to many things that can happen next year to make a true prediction..

mine will be android does gain on the iphone but doesnt overtake it just yet,, and palm will gain some much needed market share.. and wm will stay sitting right where its at. til 7 comes out.. and bb will just be blackberry.lol

I LOVE WM and a heavy users of WM. I have not had a another phone except for WM for past 6 years or more but I believe WM go bye bye. I have used the Hero and the Android OS is just smooth and sex-c! And I don't think Palm will go any further. But I can be wrong on Palm. I guess we will have to wait and see...

Android is slated to take over the smartphone market by 2012 some analyst say. I think its likely that Android will be the next big thing considering its open source and supported in many forms by many manufacturers. On another note, I don't think WM is dead, but if WM7 is not a success then it will be.

BTW, you may want to change your title and poll away from "Gayphone." It's likely to offend...

lol gotta give it to verizon they are getting pretty bold and creative with the droid,, if it wasnt so damn expensive i would have prolly tried it out.. but im happy with sprint..

I also don't think the iPhone is going to last much longer. The next biggest thing it can do is open it up to other carriers, but that includes CDMA. Making it available for T-Mobile won't help it much, but offering it to Sprint or Verizon could change things.

Unless WM7 is a big hit with some heavy hitter hardware phones, its going to get passed very easily.

If Apple continues to be stubborn with its hardware and controlling its features/apps, then I think Android will easily pass them. If not next year, then maybe 2011...but this again, goes back to if Apple will make a CDMA version with a carrier in the US.
