But it is not a ROM, Radio, or Kitchen which is what the Upgrade forums are for. So this thread belongs here in the Treo Pro forum or needs to be merged with the ROM in question.

Yes. If you use the kitchen made by NightRaven, you will get all the Sprint Treo Pro Pre-Loaded Apps.

Both of these items are in this cab below. It's in the extended ROM of the stock ROM

I installed this cab and the shortcuts show up in System settings, but they don't do anything.

you are right, not sure what to do. I am thinking if I can see a OEM or EXT_Package from another phone I can figure out what is missing.
