But it is not a ROM, Radio, or Kitchen which is what the Upgrade forums are for. So this thread belongs here in the Treo Pro forum or needs to be merged with the ROM in question. :)

Yes. If you use the kitchen made by NightRaven, you will get all the Sprint Treo Pro Pre-Loaded Apps.

Both of these items are in this cab below. It's in the extended ROM of the stock ROM

I installed this cab and the shortcuts show up in System settings, but they don't do anything.

you are right, not sure what to do. I am thinking if I can see a OEM or EXT_Package from another phone I can figure out what is missing.
