Returning to 1st Rom?

The charger port on my Vogue is no longer working, and it looks like I might have to take it in to get it looked at. Since it is unlocked and has a Custom Rom, will the Rep. ask questions as to what is on the phone? And should I switch back?

i believe you can flash a rom from you micro sd card?

You can flash from any 2GB or less sd card.
Format it to FAT32, rename the carrier specific roms LARGEST.nbh file VOGUIMG.nbh.
Put phone in bootloader.
Blah blah blah, hit power button to update.
Once update is finished push reset button to finish.
Could not be easier.

This process also relocks the phone..correct?

No. If you flash back to stock it will not lock the phone.
I flash stock before every custom just to be safe.

So if you have to return the phone for defect issues or whatever and they decide to check bootloader...your busted? Or is that something they hardly check?
