You can flash from any 2GB or less sd card.
Format it to FAT32, rename the carrier specific roms LARGEST.nbh file VOGUIMG.nbh.
Put phone in bootloader.
Blah blah blah, hit power button to update.
Once update is finished push reset button to finish.
Could not be easier.
