Is Your Phone App Popping Up?

I really did try to do a search...and I need help...

How do I stop the Phone App from popping up everytime I do anything on my Touch. I think I remember that it had something to do with one of the SPB apps...but I do not recall for sure.

This has been a common one so I decided to cab-it. For those that aren't comfortable editing the registry. The Spb phoneapp fix.
The above regedit is all that is included in this small cab file. Enjoy!

After installing Spb Pocket Plus (app launcher), when you close your programs the dialer pops up. Especially after installing something. This is a fix to get around that issue.

This can also happen w/o SPB programs installed.
I was getting it because I had changed the settings using Advanced Config to show clock in title.

Essentially making the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\ShowTitleBarClock = 1

I didn't know that was causing it. Thanks for the info.

mine says 0.
and also i thought you can only change it to either 0 or 1?

Thanks for this. I'd wondered why this kept happening but hadn't really worried enough to do a search for it and I certainly hadn't tied it to my SPB Plus install.
