Touch BT constant disconnect/reconnect...

I'm using an older logitech BT headset (BT 1.1) and was wondering if anyone else is having issues with bluetooth constantly disconnecting and reconnecting for no apparent reason.

I have this same problem with the bluetooth in my car.

I've had the same problem with my TomTom 910, it'll disconnect then announce that is has reconnected, luckily I' haven't had it happen during a call (yet).
