Touch Pro Housing breaking

I have somehow started to break the factory housing on my TP.
the housing around the screen is cracking in varying places and pieces are starting to break off. Haven't had the phone more that 10 months yet, so hopefully under warranty to fix it. Failing this does anybody know of a site that has spare or replacement OEM parts for the TP.
Actual model is the Touch Pro (Telus) 7279.

I will says this: When I went to the store the jerk working said it was cosmetic and would not replace it. When I called sprint and complained to to the right person they used my insurance but reimbursed me for the deductible.

I didn't have any trouble getting mine replaced a couple months ago through Sprint. I just called the service center and told him the problem and that I didn't want to drive 1.5 hrs for nothing and he said bring it in and he will take care of it. He got a replacement sent to me right away and also replaced my wife's Treo Pro on the spot when I showed him the stuck pixel it has had since day 1. I will go back to this store. Hopefully Telus treats you the same way.

if u call tech sprt just ask for an advanced exchange u r eligable for at least 3 and they ship it out straight away...
