Reset the internet connection without rebooting
I'm in New York City, and when I go onto the subway, which has no signal, it seems that when I come out, the internet is almost always down, even after I get signal, bars and can talk and send texts.
It seems that when titaniumweather or some auto-connecting software tries to connect and fails, it takes the entire internet connection off line somehow. So far I haven't been able to get the internet up except by a soft reset. But a soft reset always works. Is there a way to re-initiialize the internet connection without a soft reset?

Try going into comm manager and going into airplane mode. Then back out of it. That should reset your connection...

of just click on the data connection in comm manager and turn it off then back on. either should work.
