Active Sync switch Disk Mode/Mass Storage?

I built my own rom using BuildOS which was really easy, but now I lost the ability to switch between Active Sync and Mass Storage Device. Own my stock Sprint Rom it would ask and allow me to plug my phone and use it to access the SD card. It no longer does that as it always in ActiveSync mode.

I tried Card Export, but it was now help or maybe i just don't know how to use it. Any other programs?
