Hit answer button, but won't answer.

Weird issue. I'm on silent/mighty.
About 1/3 of the time, if someone's calling me, I hit answer button and nothing happens (or the BT button, or I slide it to the right). Then I go on and slide the slider if I haven't already or hit the BT button. And phone keeps on ringing.
Thoughts?
