Why would you want a brand new model? I like to wait a good 3-6 months for all the bugs to be worked out to avoid headaches.

this is not the US version. it has no US 3g.

That seller should take an UNPROFESSIONAL photo shot of the phone to at least convinced that the phone is a real deal so bidders can be more interested in it.

Yeah, it will -work- in the US, just like the euro-spec TP's will... but it doesn't support the US GSM 3G band... so you will be stuck on EDGE or worse, GPRS... no HSDPA. Basically you'll be looking at no-faster-than-56k internet speeds. If you've ever been stuck on 1x, you will quickly appreciate EVDO and the speeds that come with it.

haha...i have a feeling that guy let the phone get taken i mean he had so much security around and he knew how much the phone was worth and what it could do....but it would be funny if this was the stolen one haha
