SPRINT Arcsoft MMS 5.0.70.24. Threading MMS works! (Updated 3-2-09)

My Touch Pro came with Picture Mail. I deleted it. Used the removal cab and installed the Sprint Arcsoft version. It works GREAT for sending pictures. Super fast BUT I CANNOT RECEIVE pics from NOBODY! I have tried deleting everything, running different versions of Arcsoft and even running Arcsoft and the Sprint PM at the same time and still cannot receive pic from nobody!

I had the same problem and no one was able to help me. I started messing around with it untill it finally worked for me. I cant guarantee results but try this. Go to the options(called Pic/Vid options on the latest arcsoft which is 5.0.0.82.79) and go to the Servers Tab once there click on Sprint MMSC and copy and paste the server address into the Gateway box. Both the Server address and Gateway boxes should say the same think now. Press Done and try to download. Tell me if it helped.

It did work! THANKS!!! Now, the only other problem I have is that I noticed the photos are not being uploaded to the Sprint Picturemail Server. When I go to pictures.sprintpcs.com the photos appear on the sent mail vs on the UPLOADED folder!!!!

I like having them there because that way they do not get deleted and it is done automatically. Any body having this problem???? Any fixes??????

Please hit the thanxs button, as for your other problem, I dont know how to put them into the upload folder but you can just click the Save Icon and it should stay there FOREVER

hello...im new at this..dont know much
i installed Arcsoft 3.0.26.12C on my HTC dual touch--by mistake
now im trying to remove the program from my phone..but it says error..Alltel Arcsoft was not completely removed. Do you want to reove it from the list of installed program..when i click yes...its still there..in my list of programs..is there anyone who can help me get rid of it? thank you so very much

i can successfully send and receive pic mails.
just one ques: what is the notification visible file? what does it do?

can i use this if my touch pro is unlocked to boost mobile because i can receive messages but cannot send the although i get notification that the message was sent
