Re: Ported numbers
I'm not sure this is what it is, but when I got my mom to switch over to sprint, they added some add-on called cdma welcome or something. She had to have it removed before she could receive them to. It took at least 10 calls to CS for them to figure it out. I'm just taking a shot in the dark here to help you, but log in and see if you see something like that listed under your add-ons. If that doesn't work call tech support or the porting dept. Porting direct number - 877 345 7906

Re: Ported numbers
I am not sure if this will help you much at all but I do know that Sprint has a department that deals with Number Porting that the Customer Care Reps can call to see if everything went through okay on it. I also know that sometimes the number port does not go correctly so they have to assign you a new number and do the port again. Can you make and get calls? If so then it would be confusing to the Customer Care Reps.
Hope this helps Cheers |

Re: Ported numbers
Eh, that's not entirely true about the network side of things. There's been a ton of intercarrier messaging problems the past two months. Speaking to a customer service rep honestly won't get you anywhere. Majority of them are boneheads who meet the minimum requirements for the job (having a pulse and able to breathe). Best bet would be to contact ATS (not teir 1 tech support) and have them put in a trouble ticket for you.
