Might have a answer for why you be getting told no. America Telesales is over loaded on the phone switch as we speak, and all telesales are being sent to Philippines. There systems are not updated. Cali, texas, and florida telesales, all have updated systems from what I can see.

For the temp adjustment the phone would have to have the heat plate added, also the heat issue will also cause the phone not to charge due to the battery has to be under 141 degress F or they will not charge. For the reg fix we are still currently working on that due to 19 programs were set to always updates along with the radio and GPS and there conflicting and keep refreshing at two high of a refresh rate.

As far as I can see yes, those are the centers we are told are updated with the system currently, our system is still down ( IT are dumb a**s) and the virus update has not been done for a month.

Well... I guess my Contact was right. He said we will be able to order it on the 29th thru telesales if not then the following day. As much as I didn't want to believe him... looks like he is correct.

I'll bite... So, if this phone is shipping out today. Why can no one on here order the phone?

We are shipping to the main hubs for sprint and GRANT ( sub company with sprint) and have been told to keep shipping so I dont understand why there would be a delay unless the quantity requested was two high, if that would be the case, sprint will hold until EVP date to make sure product is available.

Sadly there is no direct line to each, the switch will throw you off, I got lucky this morning and got ahold of cali and the rep stated to me its in the system, then I got ahold of the Philippines and there stating nov 2.
