ActiveX on TP2 browsers?

I have a remote web camera that I want to connect to HTTP from my TP2. The camera server initiates an ActivX control. Works with XP or Vista IE 7 or 8 but not to the Opera or IE browsers on the TP2. Any ideas?

You're viewing the video in the browser. Correct?

One alternative might be using Orb (www.orb.com) and/or Skyfire. http://www.skyfire.com/

Re: ActiveX on TP2 browsers?

Right, I'm accessing the camera's URL via browser. I can log into it normally and get its display frame and command buttons but where the image should be it says ActiveX not installed.

Denier_Ray - Try Skyfire as the browser. See if that works.

If not, try Orb and Skyfire.

Neither Opera or PocketIE will handle the mobile code (ActiveX, Flash) out of the box.
