slider sound

Hey guys, I'm hoping someone here can shed some light on this for me. My slider sounds just stopped working for no reason. And now the phone doesn't turn on locked when I open the slider. any ideas?

are you using a lock screen app? Several of those programs have settings you can change that might have got a little wacky.

Yes, I'm using "DHR Lock Device". Is there some setting I should change? Or is there a better Lock program I can use?

Thanks for your help.
Try uninstalling it and see if you are still having the same issue.

The lock screen app I use is at the below link, but it may not be the answer to your problem

I uninstalled the lock program and did a soft reboot and still no slider sound sound, very weird. Any thoughts?

Have you gone to the slider setting and trying to change to another sound and see if that works?

Yes, I tried a different one and that didn't work either. the keyboard lights go on when I slide it open, just no sound, weird!

Sometimes you have to hard reset. Just do a full backup with SPB Backup first, and even though you fully restore everything like it was, the problem will be gone.

There must be something wrong with my phone. I did a Hard Reset, all my programs are gone, the phone is like new, and the slider still won't make a sound.
