how do I upgrade to wm65

Hey I have a tp2 with wm 6.1 but I cant get activesynce to see the phone. I reloaded, master reset, kicked it, and every thing else I can think of. How do I load wm6.5 on it without connecting it to the PC? Sprint wonr replace the phone cause they say the phone got wet, but just the battery did when it wasnt in the phone. So takeing the phone back is not an option. Any clues?

you can also go into the usb to pc on your phone and uncheck that check mark for faster data..

I work at a Sprint Service and Repair facility. Ask for a spare replacement battery. The HTC Hero battery works also. this way they wont say your phone has liquid damage.

You can download the 6.5 to your computer, then right click the exe file and select extract files and select a location. Then you have to copy the RHODIMG.nbh file to the root menu of your SD card (root menu meaning not inside any folder in your SD card). The power off your device. While your phone is off press volume down, end key and lastly press the power button. Keep holding these down until you see the screen go from Rainbow to loading screen. then let go. Follow on screen instructions and you are all set.
