Sprint TP2 on Verizon @ full data speed?

I've been with sprint for over 15 years now and we are moving to a place where sprint coverage really sucks. I currently have to put my phone in roaming only to get a signal with verizon. If not, it continuously jumps in and out of roam/1x/ev. I do have free roaming with sprint. But the data speed just isn't gonna cut it. Is there any possible way to use the verizon network from my sprint tp2 but get the full ev/3g speed?

don't think so. also, sprint will start to get frustrated with you if >50% of usage is roaming. might have to make a switch.

i said the same exact thing in a older post, i had to do this about 5 years ago. i had Sprint (Nextel) and a Moto. I930. But i had to change because of coverage.
back then i didn't realize that i didn't have unlimited roaming until 3 months in.

Re: Sprint TP2 on Verizon @ full data speed?

thanks guys. I got to get with sprint and just see what they say about it. Even if they are cool with the roaming minutes on voice, I don't think I can stand the 1x!!!! Man it is slow!!!!!!

Thanks again

If you have high speed home internet, Sprint will offer you a free Airwave with free service. If they dont offer this to you, ask for it! But dont pay for it.

But that really wouldn't help his 1X problem because the Airave only works in 1X as well.
