The one on the touch pro 2 is called extusb, but miniusb fits in there too.

the htc proprietary one includes audio input for a mic witch a normal mini usb doesnt.

Wow, thanks for all the quick replies! The images really helped.
I just received a car charger and it has the wrong jack on it. It has the mini-USB-M (5-pin). I need the ExtUSB-M. Is there an adapter to convert it for me or am I better off just looking for another charger?? TIA, F |

My Mini-USB Car Charger from my last phone charges my TP2 phone just fine. You could stick with what you have now or spend on average $30.00 for one that fits your phone perfectly. It won't make any difference.

I never had one with my old Mogul, so I'm now looking for one for my TP2. $30 seems pretty steep for a lousy charger...
