PPC6800 for ? when making ins. claim
What will I get when I make a claim w/ Asurion?
Should read: "What should I get when I make a claim?" I called and was told I would get a Touch Diamond, Touch 6950, or a Moto Q9c. Or I could do a claim and pick-up at a store, and to call and see what I get. I called, and was told I'll get whatever the computer says, at the time. I dropped my phone, it landed on a bracket right on the screen. The phone works fine, but the touch screen doesn't work in the spot that it hit. Guess I'll haveta take what I get

No. Was asking what I would/should get if I make a claim, and thought I would get replies from those who have already made claims.
Heard other carriers sometimes giving Touch Pro. Wondering if Alltel is the same.
