What will I get when I make a claim w/ Asurion?

Should read: "What should I get when I make a claim?"

I called and was told I would get a Touch Diamond, Touch 6950, or a Moto Q9c. Or I could do a claim and pick-up at a store, and to call and see what I get. I called, and was told I'll get whatever the computer says, at the time.

I dropped my phone, it landed on a bracket right on the screen. The phone works fine, but the touch screen doesn't work in the spot that it hit.

Guess I'll haveta take what I get :(

No. Was asking what I would/should get if I make a claim, and thought I would get replies from those who have already made claims.
Heard other carriers sometimes giving Touch Pro. Wondering if Alltel is the same.

Yes, but they (asurion) tell me I'll get a 6950...
