if you are talking about the .rar file, you will need to get winrar or winace? I use winrar myself, I heard someone say winace? earlier

i downloaded it n i run it but when i try to zip the file it says that cannot conect to the usb port.. so wat should i do next? n yes the usb is plugd in

activesync shouldn't come up because you are supposed to disable it.
