How long to warranty Mogul w/ UTStarcom?

Like title says, I sent off my Mogul to UTS per instructions from HTC for a dead USB port and wondered if anyone had any idea how long I'll be waiting?

Re: How long to warranty Mogul w/ UTStarcom?

officialy they say 2 weeks turnaround but it can be longer. in my experience it is best never to send it into the oems. Send it to your service provider if possible
