Re: Removing Exchange Server Email Acct
Start, Programs, Activesync, menu, options. In there you can either
highlight the exchange server, (tap-and-hold) DELETE to delete the entire partnership or uncheck the EMAIL checkbox under the server name to just stop syncing email. Hope this helps you

Re: Removing Exchange Server Email Acct
Hmm, i have removed the MS Exchange acct, but I still keep getting prompted for a unlock password. When I looked into settings>Key, it won't let me disable the password option. Any ideas on how to fix this? TIA

Re: Removing Exchange Server Email Acct
the certificate for your exchange server could still be lingering on your device..
this happened to me... do you need to restablish another exchange connection ? if yes, then once you sync it, it will install a new certificate.. if no... then i'm afraid a hard reset was the only thing that worked for me..

Re: Removing Exchange Server Email Acct
make an account at mail2web.com. It uses an exchange server, should install a new cert, then delete the account. Or leave it.

Re: Removing Exchange Server Email Acct
I made a mail2web.com account, and uploaded settings onto my phone (exchange server). HOwever, it does not look like it changed the certificate, as I still require a password.

Re: Removing Exchange Server Email Acct
those are policy restrictions which cannot be removed without a hard reset. once exchange mobile policies are applied to the handset they cannot be removed. sorry.
