Warranty help?

ok, I have a weird question for you guys...

I have a sprint mogul which has been activated on cricket. I need to make a warranty claim (green button issue as well as white dots)...

I also found out that it has a bad ESN (damn Ebay)... so I'm assuming I can't take it into a sprint store or they'll just confiscate it.

Anyone got advice on how to pursue a warranty claim? Am I just out of luck?

how did you activate it if there is a bad esn?

He said its activated on cricket, thats how. You can take bad sprint esn's and activate them on cricket.

You could go directly thorugh HTC though it may take longer to get your replacement.

Thanks for the info... I called HTC today and sent it off to them.

I'm just praying they don't confiscate it, because it apparently was lost/stolen, not a non-pay bad ESN.

I tried to switch it onto my sprint line today, so that I could get it warranted through them, only to find out the ESN was bad.. I bought it brand new on ebay, so it must have been stolen off a truck or by an employee.
