Warranty help?
ok, I have a weird question for you guys...
I have a sprint mogul which has been activated on cricket. I need to make a warranty claim (green button issue as well as white dots)...
I also found out that it has a bad ESN (damn Ebay)... so I'm assuming I can't take it into a sprint store or they'll just confiscate it.
Anyone got advice on how to pursue a warranty claim? Am I just out of luck?
