resetting username

I'm in the process of selling my mogul and I've performed a hardreset to put the phone back to factory condition, however, when I go into device information, I still see my username "XXX@sprintpcs.com" listed. How do i get delete or wipe this information off, if possible?

Go into your MSL, and ZERO out the MDN (mobile device number)

##786# is a master reset and should clear the MSID. MDN, and user name as well as all other settings

I have a buddy here who is going to sell his Q. He does the ##786# but it asks for a service code. Any ideas?
