Wallpaper in all tabs question???

I'm not too worried about it but I was wondering why it's there since I do have my taskbar and soft keys skinned. I was told I needed the cookiemonster patch, I just haven't played with that yet.

If you want to know how to remove call history and lines and all that let me know. I also have transparent slider and you can still click the screen where call history/calendar/voicemails would be and it works

First screen shot is before and second is after. I used some cabs to remove call history/calendar text but I couldn't get the lines removed with another cab. With the help of someone on here he was kind enough to make the lines transparent for me when no one else was able to!

Which files exactly did you download? I am a little confused.

I don't use m0nbackroundalltabs or any other cab like that. This is what I have installed currently to get my device how it is and looks in add/remove programs.

1. codyppc personalizer to change verizon wireless on left top curtain. I want nothing there but this program won't let you do that. I think I can regedit it though

2. C07 Transparent slider (no icons)
3. C07 VZW logo remove
4. MAX TF3D Theme Maker <--This is what let me make my top/bottom curtains transparent I believe. I know it made the top one transparent when nothing else could.
5. XDA-Developers HDWallS <-- This is what gives me HQ Wallpaper on all tabs (except start menu tab, thats another ordeal)
6. Chainfire TP2 AppUnlock <-- This was supposed to be a fix if home tab wallpaper didn't work after HDWallS. I don't think I needed that I just had to go into registry and remove 3 values and soft reset device.
7. Juggalo_X HN <--this is what ungreyed the option to have the led flash for an infinite amount of time for missed calls and texts, etc. cab is called Juggalo_Xs Notification Enhancements.cab
8. James Lubbad Clock Only Home!
9. Elvelynn CleanStartseite
10. Elvelynn CleanStartseite TF3D
11. HD Wallpaper

The Elvelynn one won't delete so I know I don't need both of those. Some of these programs I don't need at all. I should really hard reset and start fresh so I know exactly what I'm dealing with

If anyone has questions pm me or post here. I wonder if I should make a zip with all these cabs included but I wonder how the creators would feel about that.

I downloaded .NET Framework v3.5 required
.NET Compact Framework v3.5 required for HDWallS

and at bottom of the page HDWall_v0.27b.zip

Don't pay attention to anything else on there. It's a mess and took my days to figure things out lol.

Inside HDWall zip there is something for your device as well as an exe you run on your pc to make the wallpaper. If you follow the instructions you should be able to get it working, if not let me know. I'm about to make a darn video tutorial or something for this because once you learn how to do it, it's very easy.

Also note that the method I have pointed out above from maranell0 over at xda will let you convert landscape as well. It also seems that bg4all is for Manila 2.1

BG4All will also let you convert landscape and like stated its HQ whatever picture you use will look aamazing, after tryin maranell0 first i wasnt pleased after i tried the HQ BG4All i was truely amazed.

I've been trying to get this to work but keep getting an error when I select Set Wallpaper in HDWallS. I'm not sure if this has to do with what profile is selected under 'Config' when creating wallpaper and a cab file. What profile did you use?

- Update: OK, I kind of figured things out. You don't need the HDWallS program on your phone. Just install the cab file that the HDWall program (on your computer) creates. By choosing the "WM 6.5 - TouchFLO v2.1 - No Compression - All Tabs" profile under 'Config' I get my background on all the tabs (plus the taskbar and menu bar become transparent) except the home screen.

i use the HQ B4AllTabs 2.1 with weather clock-weather activator without landscape-stretched landscape.zip and just copy the manilas to windows directory and overwrite. works perfectly and looks amazing. give it a shot... hope this helps i dont take credit for the cab posted.

Not having much luck with this completly. Did you get the weather in the home tab working or just the background in all tabs?

Your going to need to use Total Commander or Resco to move these files. You cannot do it using activesync.
