Bluetooth question...

I want to be able to hear everything over my Bluetooth headset. This includes video files, audio files, and anything from players like Youtube. So far the only thing that works is music from Window Media Player but not video and not anything from the Youtube app.

Is their a way to enable this or do I have to buy a particular headset?

Re: Bluetooth question...

So just to make sure, since no one is answering... There is no way to have all the audio from the Imagio, no matter how the audio is being played (ie video, music, opera, youtube etc) be played on a Bluetooth headset?

Re: Bluetooth question...

Slight change of subject (sorry), but have either of you (or anyone else) found a solution to the terrible sound quality over BT? (Eek, or is it just my receiver? I'm using a BT kit on a car radio... Kenwood, I'd assume they'd be good quality.)

Re: Bluetooth question...

There is an app to switch sound to bluetooth. Before I had my Motorola HT-820 then upgraded to Motorola S9 I used a BT headset and that's how I used it, switching it to BT. Here are the programs I used, don't know if it will work because it's a different BT Stack as my HTC Touch, but you can give it a shot...

BTToggle.rar <-- rar with 3 files I used, BTToggle, BTAudioOn and BTAudioOff

btaudio.cab, btaudiocf1.cab and BTAwm6.cab are 3 files I have on my collection but don't know exactly what they are, feel free to test them and let me know if any of these work so I can note it.

Thanks!
Attached Files
File Type: cab btaudio.cab (226.4 KB, 10 views) Click for barcode!
File Type: cab btaudiocf1.cab (809.6 KB, 14 views) Click for barcode!
File Type: cab BTAwm6.cab (226.3 KB, 8 views) Click for barcode!
File Type: rar BTToggle.rar (4.1 KB, 13 views) Click for barcode!

Re: Bluetooth question...

settings->comm manager->bluetooth->settings->advanced settings->audio
Then just check in the box. HTC has built this capability in.

If you had read post #3 you would of seen that someone had already suggested this and that I had already tried. It does not work, at least with my headset. The only thing that I can hear with the headset, besides phone calls, is music with Windows Media Player. Anything else plays over the phone speaker.

Woah easy killer no reason to get moody, I know its a monday, If I had time to read every post I would. Listen I can trick both my droid and imagio into playing sound through my headset by letting music play first then connecting my headset. No guarantees but hey it works for me.
