Not for Sprint contracts signed before Nov. 2, 2008.

The $25 and $75 offers are a savings off regular price.

What discount do you get in Sept? I currently qualify for $75 or I could wait until October for $150. I went to RS and pre-ordered the Evo. When it comes in I will either upgrade my TP2 for $275 (450 - 75 disc - 100 rebate=275) or I will get a new line for $199 and switch the phones later (plus terminate the older line for a $50 ETF).....

sprint told me that if you do not qualify for an upgrade that you do not get the 100 mail in rebate. just an fyi so your math maybe wrong.

I will be getting my Evo on launch day but I have an idea how to get one for my wife via insurance but I wanted to see if it will work. Can I get a PM from anybody who knows the insurance system well? I would ask here but I don't really want to get anybody in trouble.

Just a small FYI there, Radioshack does not honor 1 year (75$) upgradabilities. (new word)

The 1 year discount (75$) is purely off retail and does not honor any rebates of any kind.

So 449.99 - 75 at a retail sprint store, but not at radioshack.
