Key Thingamawhatsit

I found this thread in the software forum and was wondering if there was anything like it for the Diamond. For those too lazy to click the link, it is a complete key remapping program for the Touch Pro. Not one to be left out, i started this thread to ask if i could attain similar functionality. Essentially what i want to be able to do is remap and/or add functionality to the hardware buttons of the Diamond, i.e. change the function of the home button to open a program or add long press home key to open a program or perform an action. If anyone has any ideas, that would be just swell.

I just came across this link - not sure if it is the right one for your phone, but might be worth taking a look at.

Hope it helps!

Here you go, AE Button Plus. Only thing to remember is to enter the default function for the key when you use this program to control the hardware button (ie single press vol. down=volume down, double press=whatever you want, triple press=whatever you want, long press=whatever you want).
