my Diamond is pissing me off

Ive been having problems with this phone since it came out. its just so sluggish for the specs it has. which rom (or wm version ) is fastest.

the biggest problem i am having is that keypad. it will never press what i want it to press. when i want to press home, it presses the left button, and when i want to press right, it will press the end key. and i have to press the buttons several times for them to actually work. I have an invisible shield, do you guys think that has anything to do with it because i read somewhere that the buttons are touch sensitive as well as press sensitive.

any fixes for these problems. How are you guys coping with these messed up buttons.

I had the invisible shield on mine too, only problem I had with it was the panning/scrolling. The keyboard worked fine for me.

the on screen keyboard works fine. im just having problems with the buttons under the screen

I had that problem a while back. It was a bug in the ROM i was using. I just switched Roms.

I had that same issue with my 1st diamond, which was a brand new outta box diamond. My problem was more with my round smrt touch button, it was almost like it was stuck?? After using it for a lil bit, and with a lil brut force , I got it working fine. Like I said it was like it was stuck, if I hit to the left, my phone would pop up r sumthing?? One day I had it, I got all sorts of frustrated n pushed it way too hard and it seemed to pop a lil bit n worked after that?? Lol..
