I had that same issue with my 1st diamond, which was a brand new outta box diamond. My problem was more with my round smrt touch button, it was almost like it was stuck?? After using it for a lil bit, and with a lil brut force , I got it working fine. Like I said it was like it was stuck, if I hit to the left, my phone would pop up r sumthing?? One day I had it, I got all sorts of frustrated n pushed it way too hard and it seemed to pop a lil bit n worked after that?? Lol..
