Sending Phone Back to Sprint
Just got a replacement phone from Sprint had terrible problems with the first this one is brand new so I can start fresh.
1st - I want to completly clean off the old device. 2nd - What are some of things that are a must have for this fresh out of the box should I put the new ROM from HTC on the device? Any help would be greatly appericated.

are you asking about sending back the old one when you say "clean"? hard reset the old one to get it back to stock. is it flashed? as for the new one, id hard reset that one also before i did anything to it. then flash whatever rom you want.

Just flash the shipped ROM and relock.
